Methodology
Each country value is the annual average rate of change (unit RCH_A_AVG (annual average rate of change, %)) published by Eurostat in dataset prc_hpi_a for 2025, read verbatim from the keyless Eurostat dissemination API — no figure is estimated. The EU27 aggregate is taken as published by Eurostat (geo EU27_2020), not recomputed. 26 of 27 EU members; Greece not published in prc_hpi_a. Fastest- and slowest-growing markets are computed directly from these rows.
